Daywise Itinerary
After you arrive at the terminal you will be welcomed by our driver who will help you to reach Gangtok (Sikkim’s capital).The city is established in the mid 19th century as a Buddhist pilgrimage site . Bhutias , Lepchas and Indian Gorkhas the main inhabitants.After reaching check in to the hotel.At the evening you can visit the local town(on you own) . Night stay at Gangtok hotel.
Gangtok sightseeing, first hour you will visit the Gangtok rope way ,and Handloom and handicraft, enchay monastery, finally Drul Choten Monastery, Institute of Tibet logy ,ropeway and banjhakri waterfalls. Stay overnight at Gangtok.
Wake up early in the morning to see the Mountain View in Mount Kanchenjunga. After completing your breakfast set ready to drive towards Pelling, visiting Buddha Park at Ravangla. Pelling is the small town in the state of Sikkim very near to Kanchenjunga. Stay Overnight at Pelling.
After completing the breakfast set to drive towards Kanchenjunga waterfalls, khechoperi Lake which is believed to be the wish-full filling lake. In the afternoon have a lunch somewhere in local restaurant, after lunch visiting places will be Darap village, Rimbi waterfalls, Pemayangtse Monastery, skywalk and Rabdentse Palace ruins. Walk for a few minutes then drive back to the hotel. Stay overnight at Pelling.
Travel Tips
The best times to visit are March–May (pleasant weather and flowers) and October–December (clear mountain views).
During the monsoon (June–September), landslides can affect road travel, so keep your itinerary flexible.
Carry a government-issued photo ID, as it may be required at hotel check-ins and checkpoints.
In Gangtok you must walk at MG Margh it be your best experience

Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS:
- A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost is mandatory to confirm your
itinerary.
- 30% of the total cost must be paid upon arrival in Gangtok.
- The remaining 20% must be paid prior to departure from Gangtok.
Note: Failure to adhere to the payment schedule will result in immediate cancellation of the itinerary
without any refund or compensation. All payments must be made in full and on time to ensure
uninterrupted services.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION
FOR INDIAN CITIZENS:
- One recent passport-size photograph per traveler
- Valid ID proof: Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License only
- PAN cards and Aadhaar cards are not accepted as valid travel ID
- For minors (under 18 years): Birth certificate is mandatory
FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS:
- Valid passport, visa, and four (4) passport-size photographs
- Diplomatic passports or visas are not permitted for entry into Sikkim unless prior clearance is
obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) or the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered effective from the date
of receipt by Ease Tours and Treks.
- More than 45 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost
- 30 to 45 days before the tour start date: 25% refund of the total tour cost
- Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund under any circumstances
Please Note:
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to natural calamities, political unrest, acts of God,
or other force majeure events beyond our control
- No refunds will be issued for unused services, early departures, or missed segments of the
itinerary
- Any eligible refund will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Vehicle services are provided strictly on a point-to-point basis and are not at the disposal of the
traveler. This means vehicles will drop guests at the hotel or market after completing the scheduled
sightseeing.
- Ease Tours and Treks reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel any service without prior
notice due to unforeseen circumstances or operational constraints
