BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
➡️ 30% advance payment is required to confirm the itinerary.
➡️ 50% of the total tour cost must be paid upon arrival in Gangtok.
➡️ The remaining 20% must be paid before departure from Gangtok.
All payments must be made on time to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be effective from the date of receipt.
➡️ More than 45 days before tour start date: 50% refund of total tour cost.
➡️ 30–45 days before tour start date: 25% refund of total tour cost.
➡️ Less than 30 days before tour start date: No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
No refund will be provided in case of natural calamities, acts of God, political unrest, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.
Note: The vehicle operates on a point-to-point basis and is not at disposal.
