Booking Policy
The services booked by you need some advance payment for confirmation on and rest amount must be paid before the commencement of the service. Amount to e paid as advance is decided by the Management authority as per the type of travel and time gap from and to starting date of service. But in some exceptional cases such as X-mas, new year or any festival when hotel, train, Homestays booking are in peak period full payment needs to be paid as advance amount.
- If the date of travel is less than 30 days a deposit of 40 % of the total cost is to be paid.
- If the date of travel is less than 15 days a deposit of 60% of the total cost is to be paid.
- If the date of travel is less than 10 days a deposit of 75% of the total cost is to be paid.
Note : Full amount must be paid before the commencement of service and so does it is not received, booking may be cancelled and refund is not done in such instance. In case when full payment is not done and there is a hike in accommodation charges or any other facility that should be charged as extra ,as hoteliers has the total right to incur the price rate.
