We went to sikkim in Dec 2020 and got in touch with Bikash ji (Ease Travels) He is very helpful , kept in touch with me throughout the trip. Unlike most tour operators Bikash ji understands what a traveller wants. He was flexible with our plans ghroughout the trip. The best part being when he arranged for my trip to Changu lake in the last minute. My wife desperately wanted to visit Changu, but due to bad weather we didnt get permit. But Bikash ji arranged a second trip to Changu without hesitation within 30 minutes ( or even less)

As a traveler, it is a very important decision to choose the right set of Host/ Travel Agent when you visit a state for the first time because you see it from the eyes of those (set of) people. We are extremely happy to have picked Ease Tours & Treks as our Sikkim travel partner.We got in touch with Mr. Vikas in 2020 and since the plans changed due to COVID scenario, we thought we should avoid it totally but he kept on inviting us and sharing how safe is Sikkim, which ultimately was the main push. I must say I admire the patience and positivity Vikas has as a person. He is always calm and does not give us easily. Also, we had done a lot of homework and prepared an itenary of places to cover but Vikas's itenary was better. Keep it up Mr. Vikas ! We visited this year in April 2021 with lots of weather challenges and there were times where we had given up hopes due to permits or roadblocks but he and his team did not give up and ensured we cover all the places.We were lucky to have Mr. John with us, who is a very jovial person. He quickly got to know our choices of landscapes and points where we would love to have our pictures clicked and he ensured we have a very memorable trip experience. Mr. John ensured to take us at all the places we asked, even a landscape with Mountain - River - Sunset - Tea - Pakodas !! Tours are all about experience and Bikashji with his team makes sure to give the best experience to his customers. Unlike other tourism companies, Bikashji is a man who values tourists and their experience more than money and profits. I initially spoke to Wizzride for booking my travel in Sikkim and almost went ahead booking them. But then I came across Ease Tours and Trek from a YouTube video. Me and my wife did our research and were surprised reading several good reviews about the team. We instantly contacted Bikashji and he responded to all our queries. I was bit confused setting my itenary and had several doubts but Bikashji patiently cleared my doubts and helped me plan my itenary well. We dropped Wizzride and booked our travel with Bikashji and are indeed very proud we took that decision. We wouldn't have found a better service in Sikkim. Not to forget, our driver Mr.Birbal Sherpa, made our journey so smooth that we hardly ever missed anything in our journey. He is a highly experienced professional and he knows all the routes very well. Punctuality and simplicity is something that we admire about him. He took care of all the passes required to visit the beautiful places in Sikkim. The restaurants also that he stopped time to time for food were neat, clean and pocket friendly. Review of our trip to Sikkim and the appreciation of Ease Tours & Treks Company We, a group of 16 people from Chennai, Tamilnadu, began our adventurous journey on February 4, 2021 towards Sikkim State. Our group had the individuals from the age of 10 up to 67. It was an interesting combination. After spending 2 days at Kolkhota, we reached New Jalpaiguri Train Station at 8:00 am, Sunday. We were given a wonderful welcome by 3 Drivers from the Ease Tours & Treks Company. With the efficient team leadership of Mr. John, the main Driver with the other two, we had a lot of fun on our way and arrived Gantok, capital of Sikkim State. February 8th following day, the drivers team took us to Lachung. On the way, we had boat ridding in Lachung River which was a real fun and enjoyable. The next day, February 9th, Tuesday, the drivers from Ease Tours & Treks company took us to the famous location Zero Point, Yumthang Valley. We became very enthusiastic, had awe experience by seeing the snow for the first time in our life. The drivers had excellent skills to drive at the mountain route. We enjoyed the nature at Zero point and returned to Lachung in the evening. On Wednesday, the drivers took us back to Gangtok where we spent our night. Thursday was really unique day where we reached the border of China. It was below zero degree Celsius. We all experienced cold weather. The drivers were very keen about our safety. Friday was our final trip and the drivers took us with in Gangtok area. On Saturday morning, they dropped us to New Jalpaguri Train Station. The drivers from Ease Tours & Treks have done their professional job. We really appreciate the owner of this company, Mr. Bikash Godaily who met us in person at three places. You have more talents than king khan himself! ( and better looking! ). Thank you for looking after us and showing us and Darjeeling / Sikkim. The trekking was fantastic you always made sure. we were comfortable and well. Although we were unable to finish with the Goecha la trek due to weather/snow. I hope to be back very soon to do it with you. It is so nice to have a guide who genuinely cares about people, the country, and shaving others (foreigners) a small piece that.
