If any unpredictable situation comes where one need to cancel the planned trip so for that formal informing is necessary and cancellation policy is as below The minimum charges deducted are 20% of the total package cost or Rs 2000 per person (whichever is higher) and for this no negotiations are done .In case of any natural calamity or any other situation which is not in our control , amount is refunded to the traveller.

• 30 days before the starting date of service 20 % of the tour cost..
• 15 to 29 days before the starting date of service 30 % of the tour cost.
• 7 days before the starting date of service 50 % of the tour cost.
• 48 hours before the starting date of service 100 % of the tour cost, no refund is made in that case.
• For Xmas, New year, Durga Puja, Diwali, Holi (20 th Dec to 10 th Jan ) amount is not refundable.

Note : > Refund will be processed within 10 to 15 working days through the same payment mode. For unused hotel accommodation, missed meals and rented transport etc, management authority is not at all responsible for any kind of refund.
